Important Notes & Conditions

• Flights will only be booked once 80% of the total package value has been paid; until then, airfare and availability remain subject to change

• Visa assistance can be provided at an additional service fee; visa approval remains the traveler’s responsibility

• All prices are subject to Rate of Exchange (ROE); the final balance will be adjusted according to the ROE on the date of full payment

• Peak season surcharges, advance purchase requirements, and minimum stay conditions may apply

• Full payment secures the best available rate at the time of booking

• Prices and availability are correct at the quotation date but may change without prior notice

• Airline, hotel, and supplier availability is not guaranteed until written confirmation is issued

• Booking amendments after confirmation may incur administration or supplier penalties

• Passenger names must match passport details exactly; corrections may result in additional airline charges

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after return with a minimum of 2 blank pages

• Travelers are responsible for meeting all visa and entry requirements

• The travel agency acts as an intermediary and is not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, or unforeseen changes

• The package excludes optional excursions, personal expenses, local taxes, gratuities, and any items not specified

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
